Fiona Jones, the founder of Berkshire Lifestyle Concierge, completely understands where you're coming from, as she has experienced a frantic lifestyle for herself. She has spent over 25 years in managerial roles in the food industry whilst bringing up 2 children, supporting her husband in his senior career and running a home.  Many of her roles have been customer facing so she prides herself in building relationships and, through her outstanding communication skills, delivering exceptional customer service. Her extensive experience in project management, organising events and finding creative solutions has led her to create a new type of business to help others. Nobody understands the pressures of balancing work, children and running a home better than someone who has experienced it first hand. Her tenacious, resourceful and flexible approach has helped her own family and now she wants to share her skills and support others.
